In the beginning...

A couple of months ago I started a new MLM business. This business is so great! I don't have to carry around product. There was the initial fee and of course a small monthly hosting fee. BUT after 6 are signed up, hosting will be FREE!!! (this is a limited offer I believe). WOW! An MLM business that is almost free! They even help build your down-line for you! The company is young and ready to explode. It's a little over two years old. Can you imagine if you had gotten into AVON on the ground floor?

My official start month for this MLM was March 2008. I already have one person signed up but it's been slow. I've been focused on looking for a job since I quit mine in February. I am still looking but the resume is done and I've posted on all the job boards. That takes a lot of time. I have returned my focus on the MLM business and have started to do the home parties. I have one have scheduled every two weeks until a few sign up. Then I will help those people do the same thing. This is another great way this MLM out shines so many others. My support team is great and the online training vidio's are always there to refer back to.

By the way, I spent about 15 hours total going through the training videos and another 8 hours learning the back office. This was all done a little bit at a time. Right now I spend about an hour a day on emails and 3 hours when I have or speak at a home party.

This brings me to last night's internet search for leads. Since I am a geek this is the way I perfer to build a business. I am doing this along with the way the company trains you to do it. The video is so easy to show people. It's sells the product and you do very little work. If they like it - they sign up. If not, no problem. A thank-you and I am off to another call.

I was looking around on the internet for a lead generating system and found one that will help get leads and earn a bit of money on the side. I looked it over. It sounded good so I signed up. It's called The SpiderWeb Marketing System. There is no cost to sign up. The fee's involved are not the system. It was the cost of a domain name $10.00 (free if you use a domain name ending in .ws) and the monthly $10 fee for hosting. Check it out for yourself.

Do you have your own world-wide-web yet?

The system is straight forward. I followed all the videos as instructed. These videos are EXACT. They step you through each part. It took me about 3 hours to complete. I am now waiting for Adsense approval from Google. This blog is part of that setup.

Out of Pocket to Date = $20.00 (lead generating system)
Time to setup the first half = 3 to 4 hours (lead generating system)

Cheers,
Betsy
